The Ontario Public Service (OPS) division of OPSEU is currently in negotiations with the McGinty government for a fair contract.
Our collective agreement expired at 11:59pm on December 31, 2008. Bargaining has been in the works since November 4, 2008. The OPS is comprised of court clerks, secretaries, teachers, correctional officers, social workers, probation and parole officers and so many more. We all deserve a fair contract that recognizes the work we accomplish on a daily basis.
